All patches have been re-generated, even if the code didn't change.
Apply with -p 2

* hudscale-1.patch
Adds hud scaling options
- gui_hudScale scales most text containing elements (mission window,
tooltips, firteam window, fireteam menu, center prints etc)
- gui_chatScale scales chat history text
- gui_obitScale scales obituary text
- gui_compassScale scales compass and associated stuff
- g_crosshairTextSize size (not scale!) of crosshair info text
